In this six-week series, we will explore the heart center through the lens of ancient wisdom and direct internal experience. Blending Daoist and Buddhist traditions, we’ll engage in meditation, chanting, visualization, and internal alchemy to reconnect with our Heavenly Pattern—our original, unclouded nature.

Together we’ll explore powerful and poetic questions:

• How can we return to our inborn nature?
• How do we align our personal dao with the Heavenly Dao?
• How can we live with our heart open and our spirit free?
• How can we know when to advance and when to yield?
• How can we embody the spirit of “free and easy roaming”?

We will draw inspiration from revered spiritual texts and teachers to help us reconnect with the rhythm of the cosmos—through the heart.
