
In this three-hour class we will explore how to move into the current fall season with grace and good health.
I will be offering more material and practices than I did last year, including acupressure points to rev up your immune system, along with special qigong to balance, tonify and strengthen your lungs and wei qi (sometimes referred to as our energetic immune system. I will also be covering special herb and dietary information for this time of year.
We will also be doing some energy meditations—sitting, standing and moving, that help us thru this season.We practice a special qigong form as well as an energy meditation to align yourself with the challenges of this particular season. Each season has its own blessings as well as challenges. But we can still find a graceful and joyous way to be our true self in whatever situation we find ourselves in. (No previous experience with qigong necessary.)
