
Returning To The Source: Daoist Energy Meditation
In this seven-part course the students will be introduced and guided by some of the traditional meditation practices from the Daoist tradition, practices that have been used for thousands of years to balance, harmonize and energize our qi system. These practices use visualization, breathwork, simple movements, and qi cultivation to enhance our emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical energy.
